Caspers Company Updates on COVID

Caspers Company Owner Blake Casper and President Rudy Garcia visit the Falkenburg McDonald’s to talk with General Manager Katie Beebe about how our restaurant business is changing during Covid19. An average of 80% of our sales now comes through our Drive Thru with another good percentage coming from McDelivery with UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates. Caspers is continually adapting to our changing business climate to continue to provide fast, fresh, hot food at a good value to our customers at our 53 restaurants throughout Tampa Bay. Blake and Rudy also continue the conversation going over some points of change they’ve seen as necessary to keep the business moving and growing. &

Caspers Company McDonald’s® Restaurants Remain Open

Serving the Community in a Safe, Fast, and Touch-less Experience.

Tampa, FL (March 30, 2020) – Amid the COVID-19 crisis, Tampa-based Caspers Company McDonald’s Restaurants remain open for business, including fifty-three Tampa Bay locations and ten in Jacksonville, FL.

Drive-thru, Mobile Order and Pay with the McDonald’s app, and McDelivery with Uber Eats and Door Dash are available. For the convenience of our customers, McDonald’s is offering take-out only in our lobbies with safe social distancing protocols.

Caspers Company has always maintained a high standard of quality, service and cleanliness. To manage the current pandemic situation, our already stringent standards of cleanliness have been elevated. Our employees are required to constantly wash their hands and frequently disinfect credit card keypads, door handles, and counter tops to ensure the safety of our guests. Restaurant hours may vary at each location as we navigate these unprecedented times.

We are working closely with Catholic Charities Diocese of St. Petersburg, Inc. to provide meals to Hillsborough County’s “tent city” for homeless individuals who are sheltered in place. In addition, we are delivering breakfast to hospital healthcare workers who are tirelessly giving of themselves for our community.

“Thank you for continuing to count on the Caspers family. We have been serving the Tampa Bay community for over 62 years. During this time of crisis, we will continue to be that special place that Tampa Bay counts on,” said Blake Casper, CEO of Caspers Company McDonald’s Restaurants. “We are a comfort in the lives of the thousands who see us as a beacon of light during good and challenging times. We will get through this, stronger together.”
